Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy The Nest & Cup | Create. Connect. Belong. We understand that plans can sometimes change. To ensure our workshops and creative experiences run smoothly and everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their time with us, we kindly ask that you read our booking policy before reserving your place. Bookings & Payments All workshops and creative sessions must be booked in advance, and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking time are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions or no-shows. Rescheduling Your Booking We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we are happy to offer flexibility where possible. Bookings may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your scheduled session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your session cannot be accommodated. Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable if the original cancellation deadline has passed. Cancellations by The Nest & Cup In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or rearrange a workshop, we will offer you the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
